About your online order: For orders received on normal business
days (M-F) we attempt to ship within 24-48 hours. Weekend and
after-hours orders will normally be shipped the next business day. You
will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email. If you do not
receive acknowledgment of your order or it is acknowledged but not
received within 5-7 days, please contact us by email or by phone. We
attempt to respond promptly to email inquiries. If you do not receive a
reply to your email you can assume that we did not receive it. Good
service is extremely important to us and we will do everything within
our means to ensure that you receive the same type of service which we
appreciate when ordering online. We will NEVER share or sell any of the contact information which you provide to us.
The shipping charge will be detailed with your purchase and may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
If you are placing an order for shipment to an address outside of New
Zealand additional charges will apply, you will be notified of these
prior to your payment being completed.
